Filtering dataset with input parameters

Hi All

I have report with lot of input controls. First are two dates and most commonly used and it returs all records. But when i want to use another IC to filter, can I avoid new database search?

Maybe to have subdataset to somehow access to main dataset when i want to filter with more inputs? Can i make something like that in Jaspesoft Studio? I have new version installed.
