Areas on a map on AWS

Hello,

good morning! First off, thanks for taking your time to answer me!

I am pretty new in Jasper Report Server + Jasper Report Studio.

As par of the implementation we are trying to deploy to our customer, we need to create maps like the ones shown here

We are deploying a healthcare solution, where we would like to show in a regional map of a southamerican country, the number of incidents per region/department/state, and also use a scale color (for instance Red, yellow, green) showing how critical the problem is.

Could you please give me some hits how could i start digging into this topic? In Jasper report studio I do see the Google Maps widget, but i have no idea how to accomplish the need i have which look pretty obvious for Jasper, as it is shown in many of the dashboards used as demo....

BY THE WAY, WE ARE USING AWS REPORT SERVER. SO IT IS THE COMMERCIAL VERSION
