Dependent Reports only should execute or run when an input control is changed in a dashboard containing multiple reports ?

Hi,

I have a dashboard with two reports let's say R1 and R2. R1 with two inputs say input1 , input2 and R2 with just input1 as parameter. 

Now If i change input2 value then R1 and R2 both are executing in the dashboard. But is it possible to execute only R1 when I change input2 ??

Could any one please guide.
