Enforcing "Group By" Clause for Domain based reports

Hi,

I am trying to enfource group by clause for reports based on domain.

I am using the tag <group> to enforce group by clause. But its adding "Order BY" cluase.

Is there any way we can change the behaviour of this by enforcing it as "Group By" clause?
