Align Text Dynamically - Jasper Report

How to alter the size of text field dynamically based on the data that is coming?
User may enter data blindly. In that case report are getting messed up.I am attaching the view of report that am getting. Can anyone please figure out how to resolve this problem?

Step1: Click line go to property
Step 2: On property:
Position Type: Float
Stretch Type: Relative to tallest Object
Step3: Preview
