Anyone Else Getting 'Error on Page' in IE8 when in JasperServer 5.0?

Using JasperServer 5.0, there is always a 'Error on Page' at the bottom of the IE8 screen. I tried FireFox and was not able to duplicate. Here is the text of the error:
'this._dom' is null or not an object
components.searchBox.js Line: 44
Code: 0 Char: 5
URI: http://localhost:9081/JasperServer/scripts/components.searchBox.js
The error doesn't appear to be causing issues, but our QA folks are asking about it.

Hi Katherine,
Try cleaning the cache of IE8.
Internet Explorer 8 sometime limited for JavaScript. I will try to reproduce this tomorrow and let you know.

Hi,
As you mentioned that this error not duplicate in firefox then i think ie8 may not execute javascripts file properly so you may check ie8 options to run these scripts properly.
Let me know if you find solution for that.

Tried Internet explorer 8 and could not reproduce.
If it happens again let me know exactly were it happens.
