State in job scheduling is showing as 'Complete', but it's in 'Running' state. Want to reduce the load on server

I am scheduling a report which consist of huge data something around 90MB, After scheduling (immediately) its shows the state as 'Complete' but the report haven't found in repository, it is coming after 40 mins. I think state should be displayed as 'Running' instead of 'Complete'.

Also i want to know is there any way to keep the burden on server less for such huge report, Since, i our application we are running 4 report at a time, so our server got crush.

Note: We already maximize the value of Max size parameter in jasper file.
