Cannot login to Jasperserver on my iPhone. Hard to view.

I'm trying to browse my report server using Safari on an iPhone (iOS 6.13) and the Login box is not visible, in either Landscape or Portrait mode. Also the screen appears to be locked and does not allow me to either scale in/out -or- scroll around at all. Is Jasperserver compatible with the iPhone?
