I want to be able to run the jasper report server on my website domain and call the report in a page on my website. Can someone help please

your question did not get better, posting it twice!
nobody knows the structure of your website.
check the documentation of jasperreports server, possibly webservices can work for you. There are samples in the server-dir: \jasperreports-server-cp-5.0.0\samples\...
