Is there a way to save dashboard as pdf or an excel?

I want to save the dashboard in pdf or print the same. Is there a way to do it since I cannot find any keys to save the dashboard?
Each component of the dashboard can be openend in new window and then the options appears to save in the required format.
But is there a way to save/print the dashboard?
I am using jasper 5.0.
Any help would be appreciated.

Dashboard not have export option.
You can do work around for that , create report same as dashboard like one report with multiple frames in it, so that you can have export facility.
