How to setup background color for subreports in Jaspersoft Studio

Is it possible to configure the background color which is used for subreport visualization within the design mode? I'm searching for this feature, to have a similar look like to iReport. In the current way it is not possible to recognize overlapping reports! I already found some options in Preferences to define the page color, grid color and so on... but miss the setting for the subreport background there! Perhaps anyone has the same problem or hopefully a solution for my problem?!

Hi, the background in the subreport will be set in the subreport itself, and not inside the parent report as a property. Make sure you also activate OPAQUE checkbox property.

I just want to change it for the designer, not for the real outcome. Like the page background color within

Eclipse Preferences > Jaspersoft Studio > Report Designer > Page Background

There an option is missing to set the background color for the subreport visualisation! :(

The option does not exist yet? I searched but did not find.
