I am having an issue with our JasperServer and sending out the automated e-mails for reports. This happens about twice a month and it is at different times and days of the month. We do not have allow any windows updates to run on the machine and we do not have anti-virus software on the machine. I have looked at the Event Viewer many times to see if anything happens each time it stops sending the e-mails out. We also have an alert on the jasperreportsTomcat service for when it stops running, but it is always running when this happens and it never triggers an alert when the e-mails stop sending. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or has anyone ever had the same issue and fixed it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
