How do you create Cascading input controls in Domains?

I have designed a Domain and running Ad hoc report over it. I have added 3 filters in this ad hoc report and want these 3 controls to be cascading i.e. control C depends on Control B and Control A.

How to go about it?

Any help or hint is appreciated.

That link above is not what it seems.  I got a different page each time I clicked it.  One of them was a fake "You've got a virus" page.
