We have JasperReports Professional 4.2.1 in production. We are using Flash charts in our reports.
The printed report is exported to PDF before printing. When PDF is printed, the size of the chart can be whatever ! With certain printers we get stamp size charts. We other printer type the size of chart is different. This happens although the chart is ok on the screen with Adobe Reader X .
Could someone advice us how the size of the printed chart can be managed ? Is there any solution when using Flash charts?
Shoud we use some other technology as Flash to manage the problem ? Could we solve this by changing to HTML5 charts ?
