Stretch With Overflow and Print In First Whole Band

I have a report with text fields with the isStretchWithOverflow option marked as true. Consequently, the option isPrintInFirstWholeBand don't work. I believe this is a regular issue of  JasperReport because when I define the isStretchWithOverflow to false, the Jasper prints correctly  the elements in the next page when the space in the previous page is insufficient (isPrintInFirstWholeBand).

 

I really need behavior of expanding in the texts fields because the length of text in these fields varies. By the other hand, sometimes, the jasper splits inappropriately the text in two pages.

 

So, how can I get both features: isStretchWithOverflow and isPrintInFirstWholeBand? Is there another way to implement these behaviors in the report?
