beau.blumberg
Hello,I have created a report in iReportDesigner consisting of 3 subreports. The main report is to accept 2 parameters, which it then uses for the main report as well as passing the parameters to the subreports. Everything works great in iReportDesigner: I am prompted for parameters and the report fills properly. However, when I upload to JasperReports Server and set up a subscription, I am unable to specify the parameters I would like to pass into the report. The 'parameters' section of the subscription setup wizard is greyed out. See attached screenshot. What am I missing here? How can I pass parameters at runtime? When I try to generate the report (i.e. not on a subscription), I am returned a blank report (which I assume is because I am not being prompted for the parameters). Thanks in advance for your help! Beau
beau.blumberg
It seems as though my screenshot did not attach. See here: http://i.imgur.com/4ZZJa.png -B
Solution beau.blumberg Posted December 14, 2012 Author Solution Share Posted December 14, 2012 I was able to figure out what to do here. I needed to associate Input Controls for each parameter; now I am able to specify the parameters both at runtime and when setting up subscriptions.
