since the clock change on the server (at 28.10.12), the reports will now be generated 1 hour earlier.

If you are using schedules based on simple recurrance - every day equates to every 24 hours, so it doesn't really take into account changes due to daylight savings changes. If you use Calendar based schedules, it takes into account the time.
