Convert from Software Engineering to BI Engineering

I have a training in Software engineering, and 12 years of experience in the insurance,

I have developed in Oracle platform (Forms, Reports, BD, SQL, PL/SQL ...), currently I am very interested by BI, and I want to develop strong skills in the technical aspect and functional.

 How do I proceed? By the preparation of a training or Certifs.…!!!
