Where to write query and pass to R

Hi there,

  I openned  the sample,  I can't find a place to write a query and pass the data to R so that R will generate the charts and perform analysis for my data. the query string ooks like below

Where is the actual query from my table and how to pass the result to R for calculation. Still cannot see the process.
