Unreadable content in ODT document opened in Word

When I save a report in ODT format and then try to open the document in Microsoft Word, I get several error windows.  The first one (odt1.jpg) states the the document must contain exactly one root element.  If I select OK, the next message (odt2.jpg) states that Word found unreadable content.  If I select Yes, the next message (odt3.jpg) says that repairs were made to "Summary Info 1".  If I close the window, the report opens and looks fine.  Is this a problem with the way JasperReports produces the ODT file or something in my report source?  I have attached the error messages and my report code.  Thanks.
