Shadow in the piechart

i am using piechart in my report but it has shadow that we dont want. How can i get rid of this shadow?

i try to chage the chart theme to aegean but this time i get a border around piechart even i dont set border around it so we dont want that border also. i think that border comes from the aegean theme, right?

what i want to do is to have a default theme witn no shadow. can we remove the shadow from the default piechart?
