Weird behavior in Webpshere 6.1

I am generating PDF using the following API

The report is a compiled report like myReport.jasper. I made a few wording changes in it. I can see the change if I run it in Tomcat. However, if I deploy it in Websphere, I would not be able to see any change. Looks like it still uses the old copy.  I verified the new/changed .japser file in the war file. I also tried rename the .jasper file. Still not be able to see the change. Any comments? I also tried to turn of dynaCache in websphere. Same result.
