iReports forms - Jasper Templates artist - emphasize aesthetics

My boss's boss has an IMMEDIATE need for a person who can take this company's  current rendition of iReports forms and significantly improve them - and very quickly as well. 

Please let me know if you know or can point me to someone who might be interested.

One week's work at local or global market rates is offered.  

Must demonstrate control of color, elegance and effectiveness.  These requirements are paramount - nothing less please.  

Must be adept with JasperServer, JRXML XML definition file.

Any help here would be deeply appreciated.  Someone out there who needs some extra or Xmas money or maybe next month's rent should apply.
