Unexpected behavour with Keep together

The problem is that the text isn't printed in the right position. Like the picture attached shows.
The problem occurs if i have a Subreport with 2 Groups and uses the Keep together in the second group. Has someone else the same problem and is there an solution?

That might be a bug in JasperReports.
Could you upload the JRXMLs that have this problem?

This are the jrxml files. The Text which occurs the Problem is lehrpersonenKlasseFach.jrxml. The Start Report is A4Portrait.jrxml.

After Testing the Reports with other Properties I found out that the problem only occurs if the report has an group footer for the witch has the keep together propertie.

A bug indeed.
Please log it using the project trackers (sorry, I should have asked you do that from the beginning).
