JasperETL V3.1.1 & windows native FTP

Hi, 

Is there any known issue/s with regards to using JasperETL v3.1.1 's FTP module against windows native FTP server?

I've an application its function is to upload files to an FTP server

it works as expected against Pure-FTP, vsftpd and FileZilla on windows 

but when it comes to the windows native FTP server which runs under IIS-6 it doesn't work

I thought it is an FXP issue, so I added 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesMSFTPSVCParametersEnableDataConnTo3rdIP=1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesMSFTPSVCParametersEnablePasvConnFrom3rdIP=1

on the box registry, still didn't work.

 and this is the exception 

in component tFTPPut_1

com.enterprisedt.net.ftp.FTPException: Unable to determine if file '*.zip' exists.

So I was wondering if this is a known issue with windows FTP or may be someone have seen that behavior before,
