Leopard error

I cant run my JasperETL on my mac I get the following error

LSOpenFromURLSpec() failed with error -10810 for the file /Users/paki/Desktop/JasperETL/JasperETL-macosx-carbon.app.

I could not find anything anywhere about that error :(

Please help
