jasperserver: how to create bean data source

Hi,

 

i am new to jasper server. I am trying to create a bean data source in jasper server.

While I can easily create and use bean data sources in ireport, I cannot understand how to create them in jasper server. What to specify in the fields ‘Bean Name’ and ‘Bean Method’?

In iReport I am using a bean class and a factory class with a static method, I package them in a jar file and I add this jar to the classpath.

Could you explain how to do this with jasper server?

It seems difficult to understand to a beginner, the user guide is not clear about this.
