Unable to Install Jasper ETL

Hi,

 

I'm new to JaperETL, I have downloaded and Installed JasperETL on my laptop but it fails to Initiate and throws an Error as JVM is old and need to install 1.4.1 and above, and I went ahead downloaded the latest JVM from Sun, tried running again , it fails with same error, Restarted and tried and still the same error,

have installed from links, but still having callenges in running the tool, Kindly help

Hi Pradeep-

Could you go to your command line and run java -version, then post back with what you see? It is possible that your environment is still set to run an older version of Java.
