How to specify conditions in charts

Hi,

 

I am trying to prepare a chart from a table where it contains so many rows. If i print the legend while making the report, i am unable to see the chart even.

 

So i decided to prepare the chart if some attribute value is more than x threshold.

 

Can any one help me how to specify these thresholds while defining the charts, i can do this by specifying the mysql query itself but i need to print all the data in the report but above threshold values in the charts.

 

And Can any one tell me, How to specify Chart can be in single page but legend comes in next page or even more than one page.

 

I attached the report where i can't able to see even what this report says, if i print the legend i am unable to see the chart.
