The online translation tool is available in English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Telugu.
Applications with current translation activity include iReport, iReport plug-in, JasperServer Open Source, and the JasperBabylon translation utility itself.

Will JasperBabylon distributed as Open Source project also?
It's an awesome project and you must consider it. With this in your web server you can update translations without having to release even a minor revision of any software.
The possibilities are endless. I think this is an overlooked powerful project!
