setting arrayElements in textField

Hi,

 

Is there a way for setting an arrayList elements which comes from hashMap in a textField?

 

(For example textField1 set with arrayElement[1] )

 

Please help me to solve this problem.

In main report,

 

make parameter class type is java.util.ArrayList

This option not provided.u make it type on that field.

 

To get value, use like this,

$P{<parametername>}.get(1)

Thanks for your reply.But I still have problem in setting ArrayList into fileds!!!

 

I sent my parameters in an arraylist by the hashmap and in iReport I define a parameter with type ArrayList and set my value as you said in my fields($P{test}.get(1))

And I got this error:

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRExpressionEvalException

 

Can you help me to solve this problem please????:(
