I´ve no database. just a masterreport filled with CSV-Data. my subreport has only one parameter.but when i run the masterreport, the subreport field remains empty. It seems that no data is send to the subreport. neither the parameter is shown, nor the static field contained in the subreport.shouldn´t at least the static fields of the subreportappear within the subreport area of masterreport? the path to the subreport.jasper file is ok. what do I have to define as "connection/datasource expression" if i just want to deliver just one parameter from master to sub? currently I choose "Don´t use connection or datasource" is this ok? thx for your help. I was to fast....:( again my problem: 1) I have 5 subreports.2) I have one datasource for all (master + subreports)3) if I define: $P{REPORT_DATA_SOURCE} as datasource expression in all subreports, then only the first subreport is displayed in my masterreport the other remain blank.4) if I define: "don´t use connection or datasource" and try to pass parameters, no subreports is displayed on the masterrekord... pls help, as its urgent and i am going to become mad :blink: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
