can't add query

hello...i really need help here,as everyone else...

 

i finish creating my report, and the i add the query. the first report i manage to compile and run it without any problems. but when i try for other report, add the query, i got this kind of problem

And i remove the query because i assume it was cause by the query.because before that,without the query,i run it using empty database and it works.Only after i add query i will receive this kind of prob. Even after i remove the query, i will still receive that error.
