p1bergman
I've downloaded the Jasper Intelligence Windows installer that includes ireports 1.2.4. I need to be able to design reports in ireports 1.2.7. Currently, I get all kinds of jrxml parsing errors. I find myself having to manually delete all the xml elements that Jasper Intelligence complains about when I try to upload templates to the reports server. Does anyone know what the proper steps are to update Jasper Intelligence so that its parsing/building the reports with the 1.2.7 engine? Thanks! javydreamercsw
Check my post at: http://www.jasperforge.org/index.php?option=com_joomlaboard&Itemid=215&func=view&id=15933&catid=10 I made it work with those steps. I know there are errors mentioned in the post but those are only when I try to run reports from within iReport. They work perfectly otherwise. Basically pay attention when deleting obsolete jars. In the current version they went back in some of them so not always you'll need the latest. Pay attention to the file's stats. keep the ones that are created the same day you unzip the file (10/08/2006 if done today).Post edited by: javydreamercsw, at: 2006/10/08 12:
