2004 IR Help
By: John Augusto Charnet - jcharnet Linux Courier Font Problem 2004-08-03 15:52 I'm having trouble using Courier font in a Linux Red Hat 2.1 A.S box. I have a text that needs 3 lines to display, when running the report in Windows, all the 3 lines appear normally. When running in this linux box, only 2 lines show cutting the rest of the text. I'm guessing it's a font problem, but I'm nor sure what to do. When I changed the font to Helvetica and ran the report in the Linux box it appeard fine too. Any ideas ? Thanks a lot. Giulio By: John Augusto Charnet - jcharnet RE: Linux Courier Font Problem 2004-08-04 04:35 Yes the flag "strech with overflow" is set. I think the problem could be where Jasper calculates the width in pixels of the text. But I'm not sure where that is. I've posted this question in Jasper forum, but I had no reply yet. That's why I've sent the problem to this forum. Any ideas Giulio. Thanks a lot.
