How can a set parameters for a stored procedure. I did sp_my_sp $P!{arg1}, $P!{arg2} and it dodn´t work out...

Try to remove the "!" char.

The secod solution could be create the query in the program and pass it to jasper. In this case you MUST use the "!" for something like this:

P!{MyCustomQuery}
