not saving data source connection

not saving data source connection

iReport 0.2.2 / j2sdk 1.4.0.01 / win98se /

postgres 7.2.1 / pg72jdbc2.jar / (no ant)

 

iReport seems to start ok, can set up a new datasource connection, connection tests "ok", but clicking on the save button does not save the connection :( and have to close data source window to exit.

 

Changing config will save to c:Windows.ireportconfig.xml

 

Only other strange thing, is using the "Quit" button does not work either, have to close window to close app.

 

Any thoughts?

The Quit is a know bug (!)

 

But is strange that connection is not saved.

hm...the only suggestion that I can give you is

try to upgrade your jvm.
