2004 IR Help
By: Eric Tan - neltan Connection: ClassNotFound 2002-11-22 01:12 Hi, Why testing all connection result in ClassNotFound? I use postgresql and I've add the classpath "E:tempiReport-0.0.6libspgjdbc2.jar". Anything wrong? Best Regards, neltan By: Eric Tan - neltan RE: Connection: ClassNotFound 2002-11-22 01:45 test connection is ok after adding the jar into the MSJVM! But I've wait "read fields" for 5 mins and get nothing? It is still "ElaborationForm". It is a postgresql server in the LAN, not in my PC. Is it ok? By: Giulio Toffoli - gt78 RE: Connection: ClassNotFound 2002-11-22 04:24 It's strange (but I don't have tested any postgresql jdbc driver). Is the JDBC driver that you use, java 1.1.4 compatible (jdbc version 1 compatible) ? The result using wizard is the same? What kind of query are you tryng to execute? If the porpose of the query is simply to retrive field's names and types, the "where" clause and "order by" clause are not useful, so you can cut it. By: Giulio Toffoli - gt78 RE: Connection: ClassNotFound 2002-11-25 01:48 There is a problem using JDBC2: your name is Microsoft. Giulio
