1. Tools Options Compiler Browse:

Error in 'iReport options'.

An unhandled exception has occured in your application. ...

com.ms.wfc.io.WinIOException: The device is not ready.

I saved the details and I can send them to you in a separate message.

The same happens for Tools Options Backup Browse.

2. Edit Edit XML source...with the default - notepad:

Even if I had just opened the xml file, I get the following message:

The document has been modified. Would you like to save it before l_a_unching external editor?

_typo_

If I change the default editor to C:Program FilesAccessoriesWordpad.exe, and try to open C:My DocumentsJavaiReportiReport-0.0.4binwelcome.xml, I also get:

Wordpad

C:My

Cannot find this file. Please verify that the correct path and filename are given.

And it closes.

1)My custom directory dialog, on some machine, throws this exception.

I must see again it...

 

2)iReport do not perform any check if you are really modified the file and assume tha you has modified it...

 

3) Same problem of the first iReportCompiler...
