What is the key to get such layout?

i found exactly what i need at http://jasperreports.sourceforge.net/samples/MasterReport.html -

table below "Boston 2 addresses" on the 1st page.

 

but i missed something and report show it vertically splitted

i try the HorizontalReport.jrxml

it also show data vertically, only header splits into columns. Can anybody tell me how i can fix that?

 

i need
