2006 IR Open Dicussion
By: nocares - nocares subreport page orientation 2006-04-07 08:28 Is it possible to have a report with the default Portriat orientation with a subreport with Landscape orientation? So far I have not had any luck getting my subreport to print landscape. Thanks! By: Sanjeev Saha - sanjeevsaha RE: subreport page orientation 2006-04-07 08:35 Have you tried the tip suggested by C-Box in the following thread? http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1476406&forum_id=113530 -Sanjeev By: nocares - nocares RE: subreport page orientation 2006-04-07 09:19 Thanks Sanjeev, but I think that thread is about something different. What I'm trying to do is have a report with several groups containing subreports in Portriat page orientation and a group with a sub report with different data in Landscape page orientation. The jasperReport tag for the latter subreport is: <jasperReport name="Results" pageWidth="842" pageHeight="595" orientation="Landscape" columnWidth="842" leftMargin="0" rightMargin="0" topMargin="0" bottomMargin="0"> while the portriat mode subreports look like: <jasperReport name="Summary" pageWidth="595" pageHeight="842" topMargin="0" leftMargin="0"> Thanks, Marc By: DarMe - darme RE: subreport page orientation 2006-04-09 06:04 I have still the same problem. Did you figure it out? By: nocares - nocares RE: subreport page orientation 2006-04-09 11:13 No. I ended up changing the contents of my report to fit in portiat mode, but would still like to know the answer for future refrence. Also, when using subreports, all the pages of the resulting report are generated by the master and the subreports only contribute with elements placed on these pages.
