Hi.. You can see that I'm desesperate because I have a project to terminate..

 

My problem is that I need display a image in jasperreport from a Oracle DB. In the Oracle DB the image data type is ORDSYS.ORDIMAGE.

How I can display this image in jasperreport ??

Well, some people see the word "HELP" and they think it is like 911 quick call and 10 minutes later , there you are.

 

But this guy was posting once a minute!!, so i'm sat at my desk in China, and thinking here's some fun. ( unfortunatly he later posts were shown first)

 

Anyway ORDSYS is NOT really the way to go, a simple blob retreval system is what he needs , and an index to find the pic.

maximum 30 lines of java code to get the pic from the DB & into the jasper report.

 

wonder if he ever sorted out his problem , or maybe it was all too much for him and we won't see him again ;-)

Hehehe. I laughed when I saw that thread, it was great. I needed a laugh so thanks. =-]

 

Too bad the solution will be burried under all his noise, that's good eat'n!
