border / frame around the whole page

border / frame around the whole page

I have a mainreport and two subreports, with serveral groups. Is it possible to put a border /frame around the whole page, not inside each band of a group or the detail section?

I tried to put vertical lines in each band, but because of the dynamic size of the supreports the lines are too short to fit the whole page.
