I have a custom mailer used to send reports as attachment. I use Jakarta's commons-codec to Base64 encode the generated report. When I recieve the mail, my pdf attachment is the correct size, but when I open it, it is either blank or with errors ("unrecognised token" or "too few operands"). Downloading the same pdf report from a servlet via HTTP works. Sending the report in HTML format as an email attachment also works. Can anyone help please?
