I have created some reports in version 5.2

now i want to upgrade to 5.3.

my java version is 1.4.1_03

and webserver is jwsdp-1.2

is it possible

Hi,

 

Your upgradewish is no problem.....

Just be sure, that you don't use old compiled reports... so I'd delete all files with extension ".jasper" and recompile them with the 0.5.3 release of JasperReports....

 

WithIn the latest version of IReport (0.3.1) there is a "mass-compiler" to compile more than one file at once.... perhaps it helps you, recompiling all your old reports with one click :-)
