Hi,

 

I have a main report with a group in it. The group footer contains a static field, text field, a line and a subreport.

 

The group_footer band is set to have page splits allowed.The position type for all the elements is float. Stretch Type is set to no stretch.

 

The problem is that a page break is not occuring within my group footer. After the Detail band, I have a huge chunk of space and the group footer appears on the next page since it's big. Basically I'd like a page split. For my subreport in the group footer, I would like it to keep it's elements together.

Is there a limitation with pagebreaks? I'm assuming isSplitAllowed= true is associated with page breaks.
