Report truncated at top directly to a printer

Hi,

 

The report designed, compiled, filled & exported to pdf is generated properly. This also prints when executed on windows (with the print shifted to left & top by 20 to 25 pixels, but atleast complete. This is still different from the pdf generated. I suspect could this be because of font related issues. If so, could I know the mapping between pdf fonts & java fonts).

 

However when the same report is printed directly on Redhat Linux 7.3, the output shifts up by almost 50 pixels !! , because of which the top of the report gets truncated.

 

Any help in understanding the problem will be greatly appricated.
