Newline/carriage return char prob - PDF

Hi,

 

In PDF output, when I display a String that contains "nc" or "n", everything after those characters is not getting displayed.

Any ideas how I can get it to display the String's below each other?

PS! I'm using a staticText element to display the java.lang.String.

Another possibility, is that the staticText element is not stretching downward...any ideas how I can get it to stretch downwards?
