Subreports overlay

Hi,

I have to put two subreports at the detail band, one just below the other. But when I do that, one overlays the other.
I tried to create a group and put the second subreport on its footer band, but when it have no data, it is still shown.

How can I foce them to appears the right way?

Updating from v0.4.0 to v0.4.2 solved the problem.
