How to Start HSQLDB database?

How to Start HSQLDB database?

Hi,
I have typed ant hsqldb in the directory D:\JasperReports\lib. But I get the the error:
D:\JasperReports\lib>ant hsqldb
Buildfile: build.xml

BUILD FAILED

Target `hsqldb' does not exist in this project.

Please help me!

cd hsqldb and run ant runServer
